If your opponent controls more monsters than you, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Elemental HERO Neos & Winged Kuriboh" this way once per turn. (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your GY to the bottom of your Deck; all battle damage you take from direct attacks becomes 0 until the End Phase this turn.

So this remaster is from a Tag team concept I did where I decided to look back on this and work it into a more suitable form where it first can summon itself if your opponent controls more monsters making it a good going second card plus can send itself to the bottom of the Deck to reduce all direct damage to 0.

 

Lastly it always treats itself as neos meaning you can use this with Neos Fusion to send this from the Deck to the graveyard where it then sets you up with a Brave Neos and this to protect your LP in case your opponent breaks your board.
