Thomas★Zero Posted July 8, 2019 Report Share Posted July 8, 2019 Rainbow Reborn Spell Card Target as many Level 4 or lower monsters in your GY with the same type but different Attribute; Special Summon the targeted monsters, but their effects are negated and are banished when they leave the field. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot summon monsters except monsters with the same type as the monsters summoned by this cards effect. This one in particular felt interesting, so I popped in. I thought this was a Rainbow Dragon card, but it seems you focused more on the crystal beasts instead. But even so. This is an endgame card at best. Their effects being negated means no spell or trap set up, which is a big blow to this deck. and the same thing goes for them being banished. I made a mistake and didn't notice it said when they leave the field, but that restriction carries the same problem. They can't set up the spell and trap zone, meaning you have no plays next turn. You can't even use this as defense because it's a spell card. A normal spell card. Your opponent will end your life unless you already have an edge In the duel. Something to take into consideration depending on the deck you use this still enables you to Fuse, Link, Synchro and Xyz Summon into monsters that are the same type as the ones you summoned meaning if you bring out 2+ Level 4 Warriors with this you can then go into a Utopia the Lighting with this or even Link Summon into a Black Luster Soldier - Soldier of Chaos if you bring 3 of them out since they all have different names. Yes, that does sound more useful, but it is still an endgame card, as those cards are cards you won't get back unless you play burial from a different dimension, and even then those cards are still in the graveyard.
