Nebula the Star Cloud Dragon
LIGHT / Dragon / Level 8 / ATK 2000 / DEF 0
Lore: You can only use the (1) and (2) effect of this card’s name once per turn each.
(1) You can reveal this card and 1 Level 8 Dragon monster from your hand; Special Summon both, but their effects are negated, also for the rest of this turn after this effect resolves, you cannot Normal or Special Summon monsters, except LIGHT or DARK Dragon monsters.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Level 4 LIGHT or DARK Dragon monster in your GY; add it to your hand.

A new toy for BEWD Decks with all their different Level 8's like OG, Alternative, Solid Dragon and Dragon Spirit where this allows you to make easy rank 8's with them. Also its second effect makes me think of White Dragon Wyverburster and Black Dragon Collapserpent as your main Level 4 options with this.

Also "Starliege Dragon Seyfert" in case you wanna search out something else.  Speaking of which, Seyfert can also recycle this from the GY.

Personally, I'm just glad low level dragons are actually getting good support.  Admittedly, they still need the big dragons to actually put pressure on board, but still.

This can bring another copy of itself out with the first effect right? so even with the restrictions, running 3 of ths in no way bricks a deck that uses level 8 dragons (aforementioned blue eyes being the main contender) and you can also summon dragon core hexer using this for synchro plays, but that's a bit more obscure. It'll only get better with time though, so that's not a bad thing.
