It has decent arrows, simple summon requirement and can destroy effect monsters your opponent controls for each non effect monster you have on field or in grave which makes summoning this off LANphorhynchus a nice play for this. Finally it also can't be destroyed by Effect monsters in battle is nice though not effective against all decks which is fair for what this card can do.
