Tinkerer
Servant of CritiasDARK **Dragon/EffectYou can banish 1 Trap card from your hand or GY to Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use 1 of the following effects per turn and only once that turn. You can send 1 Normal Trap from your Deck to the GY; place this card in your Spell/Trap Zone as a Continuous Trap with the same name as the sent card. You can target 1 Normal Trap in your GY and Tribute 1 monster: Special Summon this card from your Spell/Trap Zone, and if you do, add that card to your hand.1200/0 I put a lot of flavor in this. Too sleepy now to give explanation though.

Kazuchika Okada
This card's purpose is pretty obvious and it works pretty well at that but I don't know exactly what to say because I don't remember all of the Critias Fusion monsters to think on ways to use this but it'd probably be a great side deck addition along with the fang and the desired monster depending on what it could summon, but that's a lot of space taken, so I'm back to not exactly knowing what to say lol sorry
Tinkerer
...But actually, yes. Honestly, I dunno how I put this together XD. Yeah, I meant to make it so it can tutor any of the Critias Fusions, but I think that was the basic level; it also was created to benefit 3 completely different strategies. I wanted it to have a direct ability to be used in Paleozoic strategies (i.e. making it level 2, allowing it to directly dump ANY Normal Trap, etc.). On top of that, I really wanted to enable it to facilitate Dragon-based strategies (i.e. another low-level Dragon that can Special Summon itself). Finally, I wanted this to be useful in Lair of Darkness (It can tribute an opponent's monster to recover one of your own traps, i.e. Viruses). I actually didn't realize that it could tribute an opponent's monster, that was pretty smart. Well, I'm not well versed in most of the archetypes of nowadays so generally I tend to do a very surface analysis of some cards based only on the things I do know about, then I can only say sorry for not having enough info to do a good enough review. Either way, the way you say it does make the card look like a pretty strong albeit balanced one-off boi. So I shall congratulate you on that.
