At the start of your Main Phase 1: Pay 2000 LP to activate this card. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase, you must pay 700 LP (this is not optional), or this card is destroyed. If you draw a card(s) due to the effect of a Spell Card, draw double the amount. You can only use this effect of "Witch's Echo Echo" once per turn.

 

A very easy example of this cards usefulness is if say you played Spellbook of Knowledge, instead of drawing 2 cards u draw 4. Or if u played Upstart Goblin, u would draw 2 instead of 1.
