If you control True Exodia and there are 4 "Forbidden One" Normal Monsters with different names on either field, but also other monsters on either field, your opponent does not win the Duel.

 

If your opponent controls True Exodia (that is owned by you) and there are 4 "Forbidden One" Normal Monsters with different names on either field, you win the Duel.

Well if we want to be serious basically you want to summon this card on opponent field while you your field is filled with the limbs which in several banlist back would be stupid with Summon Sorcerer and Soul Charge being around

I love this.  Obviously it isn't competitive but the idea of "your opponent wins the duel" takes this type of card to its logical extreme. The card was sort of begging to exist.
