its a much restricted pot of avarice which despite its forbidden status in TCG is 1 of the cards i personally think can comeback to limited. so this is fine for me

 

while you can shuffle more monster. i don't think its something that players will consistently do. the more card shuffled back by this effect beyond 5 is diluting the card advantage the draw 2 can give (for example shuffle 10 but 6 of those card is not your key nor survival cards, so when you draw 2 you have higher chance not getting the card you shuffled)
