This card cannot be Tributed or used as Material for a Summon. During your Main Phase: you can activate 1 of the following effects. * Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your Hand, Deck, or GY ignoring its summoning conditions. * Add 1 "HERO" monster from your Deck, GY or thats been banished to your hand. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the activation of this effect. You can only activate this effect of "Xtra HERO Ultra Ultimate" once per turn. I like this card, the super poly thing is unique and i like that you put both a limitation to the use of the effect and also a negation for those who want to negate that. The only thing i dont like its the 3800 atk because i usually dont reach that type of stat when i create monsters so you could say its just a personal preference.
