This card is also always treated as a LIGHT monster.  This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a monster.  If this card is Link Summoned: Banish all the cards in your Extra Deck face-down; you can Normal Summon 1 monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set.  During your Standby Phase, if you control no monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck while this card is in the GY: You can Special Summon this card, then shuffle all your banished cards into the deck, and if you do, this card gains 100 ATK for each card shuffled this way.  You can only use each effect of "Chaos Vassal of the Mega Monarchs" once per turn.

Ok, this just popped into my head.  The thing that concerns me most about this is its summoning condition.  There are a TON of monsters with 1000 DEF and I didn't really go through them, so I dunno how easy this could be to summon.

 

Anyways, I know it's a bit of an oxymoron giving Monarchs of all things an extra deck monster, but I figured... eh, why not?  The reason I made its ATK 1000 instead of 800 like I originally planned was because if it triggers its GY Special Summon effect and shuffled back a full Extra Deck, it would have the original Monarchs' 2400 ATK, but I'm open to changing it to 800 if that seems like a better fit.
