The Dark One
It all has to do with speed. Lightlords will definitely win out if IDE produced a Light version of Allure' date=' but if not...they're close. I think Lightlords will come out on top, but maybe not.[/quote'] We already have that one spell where you discard a lightlord, draw 2 and mill 2.We want LL in the grave, not removed. You'll have plenty of extra Lightlords. The point is to mill to Judgment Dragon as fast as possible. A Light version of Allure would be used in a Lightlord deck. And at Gravitize, how is DAD in any way more consistent? Tell me how a deck with 6-9 draw cards and a whole lot of possible dead draw combinations is better than a deck with 6 draw cards (possibly 9, if a LIGHT Allure is released, and I think one will be.), a series of milling effects that can dump a quarter of your deck to the Graveyard in addition to the draws, and way fewer dead draws less consistent? DAD is crap unless you can get a RtfDD or D-Fusion for the OTK. That's easy to do, so no big deal. LL plays like Zombies if you are unfortunate enough to not be able to set up for the OTK. Zombies are already a semi-competitive deck. Lightlords are also faster, as was already mentioned.
