This card is treated as "Mokey Mokey" while on the field or in your GY. When this card is Link Summoned: add 1 "Mokey Mokey Smackdown" from your deck or GY to your hand. During your Main Phase: you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Fairy from your hand, deck or GY. During the turn you activated this effect, you do not take any battle damage from a battle involving a Level 2 or lower Fairy monster you control. you can only activate each effect of "Great Mokey Mokey" once per turn.

So Great Mokey Mokey is a Link 1 Fairy monster that by itself can help with laddering Fairy Links but also can set up Mokey plays as it can search Smackdown and summon a Level 2 or lower fairy from anywhere which then makes it so any damage you take involving a battle with a Level 2 or lower fairy you control become 0 so this can have 3000 ATK (since its treated as Mokey Mokey.)

 

Ideally this can work with Venus and Shine Balls where this card can recycle those Shine Balls as a means of enabling this to deal some massive damage.
