Then, if the discarded card was not “Danger! Brosno!”, Special Summon 1 “Danger! Brosno!” from your hand, and if you do, draw 1 card. If this card is discarded: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; until the end of this turn, it has its effects negated. You can only use each effect of "Danger! Brosno!" once per turn.ATK / 1500 DEF / 2000 Probably ban worthy right out of the box. A level 4 generic tuner is always dangerous (no pun) but I also tried to go with the Danger lore as close as I could. But due to that tuner status I had to give him a hard OPT on the SS effect (Something Konami should ve done form the start).
