When this card is summoned, negate the effects of every card in this cards column, and columns that touch it.,then destroy them, and for each one destroyed, deal your opponent 500 damage. Once per turn, you may detach 1 overlay unit from this card, then you may activate one of the following 3 effects:
- You may negate the effects of every monster in this card's column, or column that touches it, then destroy all cards with negated effects, and for each one deal 500 damage to your opponent.
-  You may negate the effects of every Spell or trap in this card's column, or column that touches it, then destroy all cards with negated effects, and for each one deal 500 damage to your opponent.
- you may send the top 5 cards from the top of the opponents deck to the GY

Quick-Play Spell
Select 1 Machine type EARTH Attribute XYZ monster on your side of the field. Using that monster, and all the material attached to it, along with this card as material, XYZ summon a monster that is 1-2 ranks higher. If the Special summoned monster is a Machine type EARTH Attribute monster, increase it's ATK by 1000, also the special summoning of the XYZ monster by this cards effect, cannot be negated, none of this cards effects can be negated.

Next time unless you making Ritual Monster and its Ritual Spell, posting multiple card must be done on any section that specified for multiple card post

 

There quite alot of problem with both cards

 

1 of the biggest problem of Rank Up Card is lack of search and float abilities/support. Its kinda bad example but thats why Phantom Knights RUM and Argent Chaos Force is so far the the only good RUM and being actively used in their respective meta. This card in its over the top effects has none of those i personally rather trade off the negation immunity with search effect or at very least float effect

 

Assuming that what you meant with "touch column" is "adjacent Column" while im personally like Column based effect and its understandable line of thought that you put the Column mechanic to simulate rails, lore wise the Trains is based on canon mounted train and the cannon range of kill is definitely not bound by rail nor Column so the sudden Column effect in Train is seems out of place. Also the destruction effect is only effective on summon rather tham detach effect since zone moving card we have its not yet that good to be cross-teched in many deck the mill effect is for the mist of the time is helping your opponent more than disadvantage them given yugioh has a lot of GY manipulation or trigger effect also you basically help them to thin their deck so their combo piece can be amassed faster. Also always put either a simple immunity or float effect on any expensive monster. It doesnt have to be competitive level and you can make it as convoluted as you see fit.
