Dokutah
It’s as if Japanese is a language God created solely for the purpose of telling Dad Jokes. RIRA-JP077 竜嵐還帰 Ryourankanki (Dragonstorm Return)Normal Trap CardYou can only activate 1 card with this card’s name per turn.(1) Target 1 banished monster; Special Summon it, but return it to the hand during the End Phase. Note: This card’s name is likely a play on 繚乱 (Ryouran), something profusely / suddenly happening in a large quantity, and 寒気団 Kankidan, a Cold Air Mass. i.e. a sudden massive cold air mass, i.e. the kind of mass likely to result in a rather huge storm, as depicted on the card art. Thomas★Zero
Based on the wording it sounds like it can target either players banished monsters as it doesn't state Target 1 of your banished monsters. If thats the case it could be interesting depending on what both decks you use and what your opponent is playing.

Anyways, besides the banish reliant decks that could use this, I'm thinking it could help loop stuff that banish themselves (Quillbolt Hedgehog, Psy-framelord Omega, etc.). With Trap Trick, I'm curious on how consistent something like that could be.
