Wow, I love that Dino Synchro, 4 great effects, no downsides and got a 3K body. Sad that the Tuner they got use a OPD, not sure why since it isn't really that great, the restriction there sounds like it would be enough, could even through in one for Synchro Summons as well, dunno why they made it like that, but whatever, plenty of other Dinosaur Tuners you can use.
