The third of Yusaku’s new Cyberse support cards from the Anniversary set is revealed, and it’s an evolution of Cyberse Wizard!

You can only use each effect of this card’s name once per turn.

(1) If this card was Link Summoned using “Cyberse Wizard” as a material (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change its battle position, and if you do, negate its effects until the end of the turn.

(2) If this card is destroyed by battle or an opponent’s effect: You can Special Summon 1 “Cyberse Wizard” from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

[The Highlander]

At the very least it does something (unlike the Backup Secretary "upgrade").

Sure it does not work on Links, however it is still a blanket negation (and battle protection) against one of any other kind of monster.

The only disappointment is that you have to waste a Summon on Cyberse Wizard.
