(You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Note: The card’s name is a reference to the summoning chant by Yuya Sakaki (“Swing! Pendulum of souls”), which is also the name for the song that plays during climatic moments of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V anime.
Atypical-Abbie
Fascinating, allowing for an additional Pendulum Summon is fun, though it takes quite a while, so that's unlikely to happen, but if you can make it work, it's nice. I think that some Decks may like the ability to change the Pendulum Scales, and if I understand correctly, you can do both in either direction, so that means you'll always be able to put the scales differently, which can help quite a lot. Bonus stat boost is nice, Can be searched too, sounds fun.
Ryusei the Morning Star
Getting three turns of psummons is kinda hard to pull off JS Chances are, like Zaz noted, it'll get popped before then
vla1ne
The scale adjustment is nice, the ATK increase is unlikely to matter since the most you're likely getting is 600 before you make your reset, but the 2nd pendulum effect makes this card a potential threat regardless. I can see this doing something in zefras, Since they like to play around with scales, and can use the extra boost. It's not all that great overall, but it has potential to do some fun things.
