Banish a total of 3 DARK Winged Beast Type monsters from your hand field, or GY with the same level and if you do, special summon 1 "Raid Raptor" Xyz monster from your extra deck whose level is equal to double that level and if you do that, you can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" card from your deck to your hand. The xyz monster summoned this way gains the following effect, but its other effects are negated. *A "Raid Raptor" Xyz Monster that has this card as Xyz Material gains this effect. *This card can attack all special summoned monsters your opponent controls once each.

 

Rulings Notes:

"but its other effects are negated" is applied during the summon and thus takes priority over the summoned monster's effects. e.g. Ultimate Falcon will have its effects negated.

 

The "*A "Raid Raptor" Xyz Monster that has this card as Xyz Material gains this effect. *This card can attack all special summoned monsters your opponent controls once each." effect will be lost if the Xyz monster is flipped face-down, leaves the field, ect. It must be used as a material from the field before those events happen to give the multi attack effect. Using it as a material via a "Rank-Up-Magic" qualifies for this. Once the xyz monster is an xyz material, the effect will be lost once its no longer a material, being detached or the xyz monster leaving the field are examples of how this might happen.

 

"*This card can attack all special summoned monsters your opponent controls once each." can be gained by Raid Raptor - Ultimate Falcon because its treated as Ultimate Falcon's effect.

 

[spoiler=Design Notes (Spoilers for Yugioh Arc-V)]This card is inspired by Kurosaki's final turn in EP 105. However I wanted it to be power creeped enough to be worth using in this day and age. You can use it with any DARK Winged Beasts as a nod to Kurosaki's strong friendship with Crow. The intended use is to banish 3 level 4s for a rank 8 Raid Raptor, then add skip force to ladder into Ultimate Falcon.
