Thomas★Zero
So this set focuses on helping you summon Black Rose Dragon and its new counterpart in this set where RR Dragon can summon itself if you control only Plant/Dragon monsters and add a Plant/Dragon to your hand if used for a Synchro Summon, RR Warrior can summon a Level 3 or lower Plant/Dragon Tuner from your deck when normal summoned, RR Huntress is a Level 6 Synchro that can grant mass attacks and piercing where if it leaves the field gives you one of your Tuners from the grave, Silver-Eyes is a enhanced Black Rose where it zeros out the ATK of any monster it battles and can nuke the field by banishing a Plant or Dragon in grave. Finally we have Yellow Rose Dragon as the Link 2 which gains counters equal to the Level of the monsters used to summon it which can then be used to summon multiple Rose Tokens where if you have a tuner can then proceed to Synchro summon into another monster. In Rose Dragon Decks these cards should be handy for setting up the field and boss monsters for both battle and having Sliver-Eyes effect ready. Ruby Rose Dragon lv 3 FIRE Dragon/Tuner/Effect While you control only Plant and/or Dragon monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Ruby Rose Dragon" this way once per turn. If this card was used as Synchro Material for a Plant Synchro Monster or "Black Rose Dragon": add 1 Plant or Dragon monster from your deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Ruby Rose Dragon" once per turn. ATK/1200 DEF/900 Ruby Rose Warrior lv 4 FIRE Plant/Effect When this card is Normal Summoned: Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Plant or Dragon Tuner Monster from your deck in Defence Position. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except Plant and Dragon monsters. ATK/1600 DEF/600 Ruby Rose Huntress lv 6 FIRE Plant/Synchro/Effect 1 Tuner Monster + 1+ non-Tuner Monster If this card was Synchro Summoned using a Level 4 or higher Plant monster: this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls during each of your Battle Phase (once for each Battle Phase.) If this card attacks a Defence Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. When this card leaves the field, Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Plant or Dragon Tuner monster from your GY to your side of the field. You can only activate this effect of "Ruby Rose Huntress" once per turn. ATK/2300 DEF/1500 Silver-Eyes Black Rose Dragon lv 7 FIRE Dragon/Synchro/Effect 1 Dragon Tuner Monster + 1+ non-Tuner Plant Monster This card is always treated as "Black Rose Dragon" while on the field or in your GY. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponents monster: the ATK of the monster this card battles becomes 0 during damage calculations only. (Quick Effect): you can banish 1 Plant or 1 Dragon monster from your GY; destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot attack during the turn you activated this effect. You can only activate this effect of "Silver-Eyes Black Rose Dragon" once per turn. ATK/2400 DEF/1800 Yellow Rose Dragon DARK Link: DL, DR Dragon/Link/Effect 2 Plant and/or Dragon Monsters including 1 Tuner Monster Cannot be used as Link Material. When this card is Link Summoned: place Rose Counters on this card equal to the combined Level of monsters used to Link Summon this card. You can remove 2 counters from this card; Special Summon 1 "Rose Token" (Plant-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 800/DEF 800). Increase the ATK of all non-Token Plant and Dragon monsters you control equal to the number of "Rose Tokens" you control x 400. Communityreborn
This set seems pretty solid. The most abusable of these cards is probably Yellow Rose Dragon, since it's very easy to get 3 or more tokens on board for link fodder and climbing. Ruby Rose Warrior would restrict it, but you don't necessarily need it to bring this card out.
Darj
Ruby Rose Dragon:Looks like quite a power cards. Being able to grab any Plant or Dragon, including stuff like Dandy, REDMD, etc. can open up potent follow-up combos. Ruby Rose Warrior:At right thought it could Summon Lonefire or Predaplant Scorpio, but it's actually bound to Plant/Dragon Tuners. Looks alright to me, at least until Plant and Dragons get more Links, otherwise the Summon restriction should keep it on check. I imagine the farthest you can go are through Dragons, with Guardragons and Dragon Synchros, since there aren't many Link and Synchro Plants. Rose Huntress:Looks alright. Quite tame IMO, but as one of the few Synchro 6 Plants it's a good card to have around under Warrior's restriction. Silver-Eyes (assuming you mean "Silver", since you wrote it as "Sliver"; funnily enough I saw this mistake on a HERO card you posted too):Seems like a blatant upgrade to original Black Rose Dragon. I don't see why this should exist. Could you elaborate on why you think they need this? Also, why make it an "-Eyes" monster? Yellow Rose Dragon:Agreed with the above. Using high-Level monsters can lead to Summoning a 3+ Tokens and Link ladder away. Granted, it's not too different to Tomahawk and to a lesser extend Phantom Skyblaster, but taking your Normal Summon or Summoning a 2-material Rank7 is often more taxing than a semi-generic Link2. Not to mention that Destrudo is a thing, which would lead it to Summoning 3 Tokens.
