(1) During your Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 WIND monster. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this card, except Synchro Monsters.

(2) You can banish 1 WIND Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck; reveal 2 "Speedroid" monsters with different names in your Deck that have a total Level equal to the banished monster's, then your opponent chooses 1 for you to add to your hand, also send the remaining monster to the GY.

So there is our Terrortop searcher (reveal Terrortop and Double Yo-Yo) ... a bit late to get that out though and one has to use either bamboo horse or borg to get this out.

At the very least it adds an additional Normal Summon.

This card feels like it has a slight misstranslation.

During the turn you use it's normal summon effect you cannot special summon monsters from the extra deck except synchro monsters. This feels like it should say "for the rest of this turn" rather than "for the whole turn" given that GOM Gun isn't a synchro monster. It's like Crystrons, and how if you use any of the main deck monsters effect to destroy a card you control to special summon a tuner monster from your deck, you cannot summon needlefiber during the same tuner since it's not a machine-type synchro monster. Those cards came out before needlefiber though, so it's understandable, but this feels like a misstranslation is anything. If it's not, and it really can't use it's normal summon effect during the turn you summon it, that's pretty slow. 

 

The searching effect is pretty solid though, given that it can search Terrortop ( Terrortop probably should get an errata restriction that it cannot be used as an xyz material ). If you have Speed Recovery in your hand ( an archetypal monster reborn ) this effect guarantees that you will get whatever monster you want to search off of it's effect, which is pretty sweet.
