How draw ygo artwork with this style

Hi, i created a lot of custom cards on my drawing serie, using Paint for the base and Corel Paint Shop for the effects. And after 2 year, i would improve the quality of my artworks.

I don't like realistic effect like burning abyss monsters, or  the first   Noble Knights monster. Thought better, not like these ; "Simple" image with the outline and lit effect on the colours like   Power Angel Valkyria , Dark Cruseader or like   these.

 

With paint that can i do is this:

I have not Graphic tablets (maybe a my friend)

And i don't able use Photoshop to manual draw

actually the only software where the manuality for drawing anime style is adapt at me, is Paint :( 

 

 

 

What would you do? What advice?
