You can only use the 2nd effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) (Quick Effect): Tribute this card, then target 1 monster you control; during that turn, that monster cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s effects.
(2) When a Normal Summoned/Set monster you control is destroyed by battle while this card is in the GY: You can Special Summon this card from the GY.

You can only use one of the effects of this card’s name once per turn

(1) Draw cards from your Deck equal to the number of “Number” Xyz Monsters you control.

(1) When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): Destroy those monster(s), then, you can apply the following effect.
• Banish 5 Zombies from your GY; Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Zombie monster from your hand or GY.

And thus we get a second Salamangreat Link 1,which has an useful name, yet is better outside its own archtype ... well you can never have enough Link 1s.

Memories of Hope would be fun ... but Master Rule 4, also no Utopia Kaiser anymore.

Synchro Transcend is a pathetic pseudo-sideboard card.

Enma's Judgement is meh.

Rose Bell sounds like fun with the Plant Princesses.

Out of all the new cards Salamangreat Almiraj is probly one of the best as its a Link 1 needing 1000 ATK or less normal summoned monsters where this can take advantage of decks like HERO's where you can Normal Summon a Vyon, mill a Shadow Mist, add a HERO through Shadow Mists effect, banish the Shadow Mist for a Poly, Link into this and get a HERO Fusion into the zone it points to which leads you to having this being able to protect your monster at any time and makes the Extra Monster zone open again for another Link or HERO Fusion.

Yeah. You can just use it as a Trap Hole-esque disruption if you don't have 5 zombies to banish (or if you just don't want to use that effect). Which is pretty cool in my opinion.

 

Also, YGOrg has it translated as "Special Summon form hand or DECK", not hand or graveyard. This would make sense as that's what the card did in the manga. Also makes it potentially better as you don't have to mill or draw what you want to summon first, although you can't use it to summon back high level Zombie Synchros.

If Almiraj isn't the next Linkuriboh then it's pretty close. Fantastic and extremely splashable card.
