SKO5000
Okay, first off you will need these 3 pictures.Blank BoosterKonami SymbolEnglish Edition Sign Now open up Photoshop CS3 and lets get started! STEP 1 : Click OPEN (Not new or you will have to guess the measurement.)~Open the BLANK BOOSTER where-ever you saved it at. STEP 2 : Click File/PLACE/Find the picture you want the cover to be.This is where you should be at right now. STEP 3 : Click PLACE again and find EITHER English Edition or Konami logo. Either one will do because in Step 4, you will do the opposite picture.STEP 4 : If you picked Konami, pick English Edition, Vice Versa. *Make the size of your Konami symbol smaller. STEP 5 : Grab the Magic Eraser and when you click the picture you should get a box saying some stuff. Click OK. Get rid of the white background by clicking on the white. STEP 6 : Grad the Yu-Gi-Oh logo and place it somewhat at the bottom, just enough space depending on how much text you want. STEP 7 : Put your text down. STEP 8 : Save As... NOT .PSD Any questions feel free to ask here.

Egnio
It should work. As for the Booster, it's quite too simple for being Photoshop CS3. Give the text a border or some nifty effects. And get rid of the Playstation 2 bar.
