Alright, I tried to fix your grammar, but a few clarifications you need to make because wording was vague.

- Are the intended summon conditions what I have above, or did you intend for it to be 2+ Tuners + 1+ non-Tuner DARK Synchro Monsters.

- Does the same thing also apply to when it gets destroyed or banished?

 

For other stuff, on-summon Feather Duster is okay (albeit backrow tends to be small nowadays), I suppose, coupled with effect immunity. Things of note is that unless Decks aren't playing Xyz or Links (most are), the best you can get out of banishing stuff is maybe about 7-8 cards (but that's still a lot, even if Desires banishes 10 and people don't really care). The issue I have here is again linked to the 2nd question; are you summoning multiples of each or just 1?

 

If it is the former, then it becomes potentially busted and general ladder fodder into Links or whatnot (*cough Needlefiber, etc*). If it is just 1 Tuner and a Synchro, then sure.
