When this card is Link Summoned: Special Summon 1 "T.G." monster from your GY. (Quick Effect): you can tribute this card; Special Summon 2 “T.G. Token” (EARTH/Level 1/Machine-Type/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Attack Position. During your Main Phase except the turn this card was sent to the GY: you can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "T.G." card from your deck to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "T.G. Link Connector" once per turn.

So Link Connector is a T.G. Link that both helps set up for the Link 3 T.G. Link and T.G. Synchro's on the field as well as getting you a "T.G." card from your deck the turn after it was sent their. Ideally Connector can even be used to get a Synchro from your grave and open up your Extra Monster Zone to get a Second Synchro using the tokens it made with a Tuner Monster and then go to make a Accel Synchro using those 2 Synchro Monsters.
