A little Level 3 monster that makes Synchro Summoning easier, as well as recycling your monsters in your GY. When Normal Summoned, you get to pick a Tuner in your GY whose Level is higher than or equal to the number of monsters in your GY, so having less there makes it easier to get what you want, but you clean up the GY with the other effect that shuffle monster into the Deck equal to the Synchro Monster's Level.

 

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Tuner in your GY whose Level is higher than or equal to the number of monsters in your GY; Special Summon that target. If this card is used as a Synchro Material for a Summon: You can target non-Tuner monsters in your GY equal to that Synchro Monster's Level; shuffle them into the Deck.
