Flash Flyer - Sakura
Necrozma the Prismatic Psychokinetic DragonLevel 12 | LIGHT | Dragon | Synchro | Effect4000 | 38001 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner Level 8 or higher Synchro MonsterMust be Synchro Summoned. This card's Synchro Summon cannot be negated. If this card battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step, also the effects of monsters this card battles are negated. Once per turn, if this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls, then your opponent takes 600 damage for each. This card's Type is treated as Dragon while face-up on the field or in the GY. [spoiler=Big milestone time]So I hit 40,000 posts on YCM (not counting the Misc/game stuff that is actually still in there.) Big milestone means something worth the occasion and yes, it led to Ultra Necrozma. (I wanted to do a Latias/Latios thing because still September and stuff, but no ideas came to mind.) But yeah, effects are somewhat based on Ultra Necrozma's Z-move and general sheer power (well, correlated as well as I could to Yugioh mechanics). I'm slightly iffy on if I need to make this a Nomi, though given that I just prevented this from getting Strike'd on summon and negating stuff, maybe I do. Material-wise, I chose 8 or higher for the non-Tuner component for flavor and probably balancing things. (Can lower it to 7 if not going to be problematic; originally was going with this). Overall, it does seem somewhat iffy compared to the other stuff like Blazar/Quasar, etc (the triple Synchro thing not withstanding), but think powered up Armades w/negation and non-targeting destruction / burn should be fine. Usual reviewing rules / incentives apply, so...
