This cards name becomes "Elemental HERO Neos" while it is on the field or in the GY. When "Elemental HERO Neos" or a Fusion monster that list "Elemental HERO Neos" as a Fusion Material is summoned to a zone this card points to, draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of "Xtra HERO Neos Nexus" once per turn.

So with the new Neos Support Neos Nexus acts as a Link 2 for both HERO's and Neos which provides 2 down markers and treat itself as Neos (like a Link version of Elemental HERO Neos Alius.) In addition to this if you get a Neos or a Neos Fusion to a zone it points to it then lets you draw 1 card.

 

In HERO/Neo-Spacians this card with 2 down markers can be quite effective as you can easily summon it through Solid Solider and Neo Space Connectors effects and have 2 new zones to further extend on your plays where in Neos or if your using Brave Neos and Neos Fusion in HERO's you can effectively gain the benefit of drawing a card off this.
