When this card is Xyz Summoned: attach cards from the top of your deck to this card as Xyz Materials equal to the combined Link Rating of monsters used as Xyz Materials to summon this card. Increase this cards ATK equal to the number of Xyz Materials attached to this card x 500. When your opponent activates a card or effect while theirs a Link monster attached to this card and you control another Cyberse Monster: you can detach Xyz Materials from this card equal to the highest Link Rating of a Link Monster attached to this card; negate the activation of that card and banish it.

So Multiframe is Xyz Monster that uses Link Monsters as Link Material and can then generate more Xyz Material equal to the combined Link Rating of those monsters which using 2 Link-2 would give this card a total of 4 additional Xyz Material. In addition this card gains ATK equal to the number of materials attached to it can and use them while a Link Monster is attached to it to negate card effects.

 

In Cyberse Decks this would be great with multiple Link-3 Code Talkers where this would end up having 8 Xyz Materials giving it an additional 4000 ATK and the ability to negate card effects twice.
