Dova
I'm all for generic Xyzs, but it's a shame Dododo struggle to make this card. Only Warrior could make this card easily, with Driver and Buster being a potential one that need enablers themselves. At least it has quite a powerful secondary effect. One would then wonder if this card could see play in an Onomatopoeia Deck featuring a combination of 2 or more of the archetypes, but the only other one I can think of that could make it is Gagaga, which, while actually having an easier time jumping between Levels, focuses mainly on Level 4 and below. Main effect is cool in idea, but not incredibly useful. On the one hand, if you have 6 targets, you're going to pop at least 1, probably 2 if you don't roll the same thing twice, but that's really only going to work if your opponent actually has the monsters. There's not really any self-destructing deck I can think of that can Summon this, which is a shame as it forces you to rely on your opponent playing a swarm Deck that doesn't have negators. On the other hand, if you have 5 targets, this card can target itself to bring out a Dododo...but this card in itself is way better than any Dododo at the moment. I guess the Level 8 is aight for that top-notch effect, and could be cool doing it during the battle phase, but if you actually need to use this card in the first place, you're probably going to want to keep it out. Flash Flyer - Sakura
As a generic, card is good enough for blowing up multiple targets, albeit reliant on several things such as (1) luck factor [either you blow up multiple targets, just one or maybe none at all, depending on how many you choose] and (2) whether/not there's enough cards on the field to trigger that can be targeted. I mean, yeah, you could still blow up your own stuff if needed, but...what Decks want to blow themselves up and plus off that? In-archetype, Dova already mentioned their major problems (which are unlikely to be fixed anytime soon considering ZEXAL has been done for quite a while now). Floating effect is nice though, but none of them are necessarily "good" right now to warrant needing to blow this card up or float into from this. Darj
I find the concept of numbering cards in sequence and interacting with the assigned values cool and refreshing, but sadly it is too unreliable in this card's case, IMO. You could make it more controllable and/or flexible than dice rolls, but IDK which approach you could take. Floating is often a reliable go-to effect, but I like how it takes a step further in Dododos by setting Swordsman.
