Draconus297
[spoiler=Prompt]Lotus. Kind of like the Rose mosnters, these Plant-types have a focus on healing and protecting rather than destruction and pain. They use Fusions, one of their best of which is Lotus Warrior, a Fusion version of Junk Warrior who powers up on vengeance for her fallen friends. Then they have Lotus Dragon, who grants everything immunity to destruction and breathes life into the wilted Lotuses. Loti? I dunno, but whatever it's called, they have a lot of them, and they all support their Fusions massively. Kind of a "cycle of life" thing. Now, I know what you're thinking. There are a lot of Lotus cards in YGO; how do I intend on segregating these from those, even in the insular AGM pool? First off, in regards to the monsters, we're focusing on LIGHT Plant-Type Lotus monsters- that should cut out most of the otherwise invasive outsiders. Second, where the backrow is concerned, I created the "Blossoming Lotus" sub-archetype to prevent any Lotus-themed backrow that isn't being created for this set from being easily searchable- that's going to be an issue. In regards to Lotus as an archetype, I had to do a bit of finagling to make a defensive, healing-based Main Deck function, but I had an epiphany. I could give them an actual gimmick, since the prompt didn't actually include one. Basically, like the Lotus in Greek mythology, their backrow support could make your opponent waste time accomplishing nothing, by putting your opponent's cards on top of their Deck, and using consistency effects to work with your opponent's Deck being bigger than yours. In case you were wondering about the 1000/0 stats, Sorcery Hydras (another AGM archetype) have a counterpart to E-Call . . . that searches literally any two monsters with 1000/0 stats (thankfully HOPT). No, we don't have PSY-Frames, otherwise one of the targets would likely always be Gamma.
