This card's name becomes "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. If this is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon this card from your hand to your side of the field. If a "HERO" Monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, you can reduces this cards ATK by 800 instead.

So Blaster Bubbleman is an enhanced bubbleman which instead of having only 800 ATK has 1600 instead where this card is based on it being equipped with Bubble Blaster. In addition while it keeps its self summoning effect while its the only card in your hand, it replaces its conditional draw 2 effect with being able to protect your HERO monsters from being destroyed by reducing its ATK by 800 where this means Blaster Bubbleman can protect your HERO Monsters twice with its effect.

 

In HERO's it would have the same efficiency as the regular bubbleman but with the added bonus of some extra ATK and the ability to protect your HERO Monsters.
