Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted August 25, 2018 Report Share Posted August 25, 2018 No real comment on this card outside the fact it's a generic Level 4 Tuner without any drawbacks/restrictions (and well, only other Normal in this category besides Angel Trumpeter, which is cool).
