Guest BGMCANN0N
Cryo Clock of Fate[Quick-Play Spell] Activate this effect based on the corresponding player's turn.Your turn: It becomes your End Phase.Your opponent's turn: Skip your next turn. [spoiler=Counterpart To]http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pyro_Clock_of_Destiny [spoiler=Wordplay + Flavor] So being a counterpart of Pyro Clock of Destiny a few things to note:Pyro : Fire :: Cryo : IceDestiny : Choice of Direction :: Fate : Accepting a Direction [spoiler=Combo With]http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mystical_RefpanelOtherwise, yeah... I know this card is just as bad if not worse than Pyro Clock. XD The real challenge should be what else would the this actually be good for. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Outside the Refpanel thing (will probably have to check on rulings for it), yeah, I think that's about the only use for this card. There's no reason to skip your own turn unless in a very specific situation (i.e. both of you have no cards in Deck and don't want to Deck out first); activating this on your turn without Refpanel probably would be useful for bypassing effects that would destroy you or something during the BP. Yeah, in other circumstances that don't involve Refpanel, you don't have much option.
Dova
Now, if it SKIPPED your End Phase and just went straight to your opponent's turn, then we'd be getting somewhere. Skip Spirit Monsters returning, Card of Demise's discarding, so on and so forth. Only potential I saw with the last effect was maybe the Cardian that skips your next Draw Phase, so you can just get your opponent to get burned again, but you might as well have a turn in between, and besides, it skips the Draw Phase only when you actually try and do it...so rip.
