Then, negate that attack or effect and end the turn. When either player’s turn begins, this card gains 1000 ATK.Once per turn, you can destroy monsters up to the number of cards in your Pendulum Zone Source: https://ygorganization.com/arc-v-new-monsters-from-scale-37/ well this is it... the Manga Equivalent for Zarc. though given this is the debut chapter there probably more on this card. 1st effect is extravagant for sure while the rest of the effects seems okay
Draconus297
Genesis Omega Dragon pairs really well with Archfiend Eccentrick, by repeatedly being able to get back into the ED to be returned to the Scale by GOD's negation effect; it forcibly ending the turn if it gets targeted while there's an empty Scale means that, if there's any triggerless handtrap that lets you target your own monsters (like, a Veiler that you can use on your own sheet) you can just completely lock your opponent out of at least one entire turn relatively easily, and keep using Eccentrick on the one card you let your opponent put on board to potentially trap your opponent. It's not anything consistent, but it's definitely a playable strategy depending on whatever Summoning conditions we get if we ever get this behemoth.
