mcdooge
I recently learnt how to make banner animations so I thought I might make a tut. What You Will Need:Graphics Program (Photoshop, Gimp etc)UnFREEz (www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/)IrfanView (www.irfanview.com/) Step 1:Make the individual Frames of the animation on whatever graphics program you use. (make sure they are all the same size) - I used 7 frames for mine.Frame 1Frame 2 Step 2:Open all the frames onto IrfanView and save them as GIF Files. Step 3:Drag and drop the files onto UnFREEz and set the Frame delay to whatever you like. Step 4:You can view the animations on IrfanView and just upload them normally onto tiny pic or photobucket. The finished product should look something like this:I hope that helped

Obi-wan Cannoli
You can do it ALL in gimp. Just make each frame a layer optimize for GIF and save as .GIFO_o But if you don't have Gimp this works perfectly fine.
