BANNER ANIMATIONS

I recently learnt how to make banner animations so I thought I might make a tut.

 

What You Will Need:

Graphics Program (Photoshop, Gimp etc)

UnFREEz (www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/)

IrfanView (www.irfanview.com/)

 

 

Step 1:

Make the individual Frames of the animation on whatever graphics program you use. (make sure they are all the same size) - I used 7 frames for mine.

Step 2:

Open all the frames onto IrfanView and save them as GIF Files.

 

Step 3:

Drag and drop the files onto UnFREEz and set the Frame delay to whatever you like.

 

Step 4:

You can view the animations on IrfanView and just upload them normally onto tiny pic or photobucket.

 

The finished product should look something like this:

You can do it ALL in gimp. Just make each frame a layer optimize for GIF and save as .GIF

But if you don't have Gimp this works perfectly fine.

get photoscape it's not a good as gimp in some areas (such as banner makeing) but it's great when it comes to gif animations it's as simple as drag and drop
