It only works with "Dark Magician" monsters, though. However, I can cheap this one.

 

High Dragon Paladin of Dark Magic

Must be Fusion Summoned using the above Materials and a "Polymerization" card, or by discarding 1 "The Eye of Timaeus" and sending a face-up "Sorcerer of Dark Magic" you control to the Graveyard (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. If this card would be affected by a card or effect, you can make this card unaffected by that card or effect. Once per turn, if you activate a Spell Card or the effect of a Spell Card, you can apply the following effect depending on its Type:

●Normal: Banish 1 card your opponent controls.

●Quick-Play: Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent, then reduce the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 1000.

●Continuous: Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls: Cards your opponent controls with that name have their effects negated for the rest of the Duel, even if this card leaves the field.

●Ritual: Shuffle between 3 and 5 cards you own from the Graveyard or that are banished into your Deck: Draw cards equal to the number of shuffled cards -2.

●Equip: Banish a number of cards from your opponent's Graveyard up to the number of face-up Spell Cards on the field, and this card gains 100 ATK for each card banished this way.

Also, the Summon restriction locks you into normal Poly, Fusion Substitute, or Super Poly, because no sane individual will waste Utra Poly this way.
