Here's a Pendulum Tuner which focuses on synergy between Pendulums, Synchros and Link Monsters. It can't be destroyed by battle, and if it battles, you get to put a Link or Pendulum in your GY on the field. Its Pendulum Effect is similar, but you get to put both a Link and a Synchro Monster on the field, though with a Summoning restriction only to Pendulums, which means you can still get out Synchro Pendulums if you want. If this card is used for a Link or Synchro Summon though, it's banished, so that does restrict it a bit.

 

Pendulum Effect:
You can target 1 Link Monster and 1 Synchro Monster in your GY; destroy this card, and if you do, Special Summon them, but they have their effects negated, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Pendulum Monsters. You can only use this effect of "Cloaked Knight" once per turn.

 

Effect Monster:

Cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, at the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled: You can target 1 Link or Pendulum Monster in your GY; Special Summon it, but it has its effects negated. If this card is used as a material for a Link or Synchro Summon, banish it.
