Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn: you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards on the field x 400. During the End Phase: Shuffle this card into the Extra Deck. When this card is shuffled into the Extra Deck this way: increase your LP equal to the number of cards on the field x 400.

So Geyser Neos is a triple contact fusion that both inflicts heavy effect damage but also increase your LP by a large amount as well as these effects both vary on the number of cards on the field.

 

In Neos Decks this would be a effective way of lowering your opponents LP while pushing for game where if this does return to your Extra Deck this card can grant a large LP gain as a result of it.
