ABC Gun Posted July 28, 2018 Report Share Posted July 28, 2018 Okay hear me out. Every four months everyone gets a single warning point. This warning point does not ever get removed and it stacks. This will serve to force people to slowly be more careful about breaking the rules because every four months they get less room for warning points before bans. Personally I think this is a flawless plan but feel free to post if you think this is a great plan or if it's the best plan ever. Will I get a free car? You know because its named after "Oprah".
