Surely Not?!

TRAP

If it is the first turn of the duel, you can activate this card from your hand. Activate the appropriate effect(s) in sequence, based on the number of monsters your opponent has Special Summoned this turn.

3 or more: Draw 1 card.

6 or more: Your opponent sends 1 monster they control to the GY (their choice).

9 or more: Your opponent sends 1 monster they control to the GY (your choice).

12 or more: It is now the End Phase.

I like to imagine the artwork as Junk Synchron, Quillbolt Hedgehog and Doppelganger staring on in awe at some Knightmares :P

This card is designed to be an answer to all of those really shitty 1-card combo Decks that endlessly Link Summon, then return cards to the ED, then Summon them again, etc. Until they have a board full of Knightmares that are all co-linked and in both Extra Monster Zones. And to be fair, with the amount of Tokens and Link Laddering that exist in the game at the moment, that 12 or more effect isn't too unreachable.

(PS: I'm totally not salty about a game I played online or anything, and the name of the card definitely isn't what I said out loud when my opponent's turn was finished)

I guess it's good as a Maxx C replacement in TCG? Even if it's up to a +2 in a vacuum, I feel it's not as damaging vs. the intense boards and plays this card is intended to counter, and that the opponent can easily take the hits and keep going; I haven't counted but I think 8 Special Summons should be enough to establish a solid board. Besides, such combos take hits from Ash Blossom, Veiler, Snow Rabbit, etc. and pretty sure they manage to set up something decent regardless.

In short it's no Maxx C but it doesn't have to be, and should still be good to discourage your opponent from extending plays.
