Why would you sue the victims of a tragic event? The victims already started suing MGM, so couldn't they have made their case there instead of suing the victims in return? Discuss. Frankly, ethics play no part in these, though a structure to prevent such practices would obviously be desirable, apbeit difficult to put in place, for risk of legally abandoning those in outlying circumstances.
