-You can only use each of this card name's (2) and (3) effects once per turn.

(1) This Normal Summoned/Set card cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.

(2) If this card is sent tot he GY: You can Special Summon 1 "World Legacy" monster from your hand.

(3) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 of your banished "Orphegel" monsters; Special Summon it, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except DARK monsters.

Is this the spire from the Orphegal Orchestagon? That Link 4? Because if it is holy hell.

 

Also, basically serves as the missing route of Orphegels to possibly reload them, which means Allure of Darkness is that much less counterproductive in the Deck (and Trade-In is a good option for it, as if it wasn't with the obligatory Gearspring Spirit synergy the Orphegels can access). Has two Summon effects, so you could mill one to force another Staff out of the hand.

 

And combined with the latest Spell/Trap Orphegel support? Yeah, this is really good. 8.0/10, only because this one boils down strictly to player preference.

It's an upside-down version on the Tower of Hanoi!!!!

 

Orpheguls still seem really bland to me (especially as a non-Link player), but I love this card because of its second effect. I think it'll be great in my World Legacy/DARK Machine deck as an easy way to put a monster on the field. And it makes Slash Draw better in the deck which is cool.
