Thomas★Zero
Foolish Mass BurialNormal Spell CardPay half your LP; send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY. During the turn you activated this card, you cannot Set Spell/Trap Cards. You can only activate "Foolish Mass Burial" once per turn.
Darj
I guess it's too soon for the game to get an ED miller that doesn't cost too much LP like Gale Dogra and this card do, nor with an opponent-dependent condition like the Cyberdark monster.I can only think of Rituals making use of this by milling Arc Light, since another notable searcher, Chimera Rafflesia, comes with a 1-turn delay. Also, the toolboxing power is there if you consider other things to mill like Nt'ss, but is it worth the ED space?
Atypical-Abbie
Misleading name, only sends 1 card, want a refund. Anyway, quite a hard card to really use, I realize that you don't Set as much these days, but still annoying and you have to pay half up front, so if they negate it, too bad, and you're sending just an Extra Deck monster, while that has some use, and I'm sure there are certain Decks that would kill for this, it's still a lot to ask for, that being said, I like that it exists, I always want to have cards that do things easier than before, and sending from the Extra Deck like this was something I was hoping would happen eventually. I think I just had a moment of Fridge Brilliance that suggests the name isn't as misleading as it is at first glance: Most Extra Deck monsters are formed from 2 or more other monsters, so milling such a monster from the Extra Deck to the GY is essentially "burying" 2+ monsters (i.e., a "Mass Burial"). 'Course this applies moreso to Fusion Monsters, but still. Also, unless I'm mistaken, you could also mill a Pendulum Monster from the Extra Deck with this (it doesn't clarify whether the milled card has to be face-up/face-down in the Extra Deck to be eligible). Mr. Best Male 2008
Can this actually do anything to warrant the restrictions and cost? Send Herald of Arclight to grave in Nekroz. They can use Herald twice in a turn with this card and Kaleidoscope. This is a better option than Gale Dogra in say Chaos MAX turbo decks
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Honestly feels fine in ritual decks. The cost is always payable, and the drawback doesn't particularly matter in rituals.
Blake
Herald of the Arc Light is the most obvious, but there are others. The most interesting of which is Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch. While Leo and Aberconway are the only super solid targets for its mill rn, this is one of those random anime themes that could see a revival of sorts, so it has a lot of potential in such a situation. Back to this card, though, it’s definitely a good card. It can only age well, really.
goodfusion
I love that a deck playing this also has the option of teching N'tss so it can be used as removal if needs be.
