Well, it was under discussion for a while too. Casual right now has no design restrictions, so it essentially functions as what Free Cards was intended to be for the most part.Experimental, in light of its even lower activity level, is for custom mechanics and theorycrafting/planning. Card Workshop just contains all of the recent card making games from the Games section.
