Red Resonance

Spell Card

Target 1 Monster you control, then, apply the following effect depending on the targeted Monster.

● Tuner Monster: Special Summon 1 "Red Token" (Fiend/FIRE/Level 4/ATK 1000/DEF 1000).

● Non-Tuner Monster: Special Summon 1 "Red Tuner Token" (Fiend/FIRE/Level 2/ATK 500/DEF 500). This Token is also treated as a Tuner Monster.

You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this card, except Synchro Monsters. You can only activate "Red Resonance" once per turn.

 

So Red Resonance helps Synchro Decks with setting up their Tuners and Synchros by summoning a token to work with the monsters you currently have. In addition this is balanced by having it limit you to summoning Synchro Monsters that turn and have a HOPT Clause.

 

Ideally based on its name this would work with a RDD deck for getting them both Tuners and Non Tuners more easily on the field to Synchro Summon.
