Yes, that is an odd name, just thought it would be fun to make a Cyberse card that was worded like a program would be, since they are after all suppose to be based on computers and what not. Anyway, this card is meant for not only Cyberse, but plenty of other Decks generically, having the condition of monsters, you can use all the Tokens you please, and I want you to do just that, as you are intended to co-link with this card by using multiple monsters, as it destroys your opponent's cards in the same column as them, and also both players take 1000 damage. Additionally, something for Palladion specifically, an effect that allows you to throw away a monster from your hand to one in the GY, which can work well, you may want to use their effects once again from the GY, or simply want a monster with more ATK.

If exactly 1 monster is Special Summoned from your hand to your zone this card points to: You can target 1 monster in your GY whose Level is less than or equal to that monster's Level; send that monster to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon that target. You can only use each effect of "StackOverflow.drgn" once per turn.
