Well, not bad to get out Link Monsters I suppose, getting stuff in the GY as well is useful, no restrictions on what you can do with it either, so that's nice, but nothing special either.

My first reaction was properly improper, given that this is decent for its archtype (for their standards its tolerable).

As for the card compared to others:

1.) The Special Summon is overly expensive, given that there are not even cards you can properly tutor out this way (the discard).

2.) Blank Summons for Link Materials (given that all they do is play themselves for 1 Link Material) are terrible if they cannot either be tutored out (cyberse)

     and/or lead it into snowbally Link Monsters (Summon Sorceress, Needlefiber, Isolde).

3.) The Special Summon Condition is obviously meant to be combo'd with their archtypal Zephyros the Elite, which invests 2 cards from one's hand to get 2 Link Materials, again Heatlio is the aim and Heatlio is unusable trash.

4.) Do I really need to go on why this card is completely outclassed by at least 1 other card at everything it does, its archtype tag is one of the worst in the game

     and the Links it is supposed to get out are among the worst in the game ?

 

Edit: On a side note it is funny to realize Yusaku uses a ritual monster and Soulburner uses a Ritual monster, with the difference being that Yusaku's are playable and fit int othe archtype, while Soulburners

        would even be trash if they would not be random, inconsistent or pointless.
