At the start of the damage step, when this card attacks an opponents monster: increase this cards ATK equal to the ATK of a "Dinowrestler" monster in a zone this card points to during damage calculation only. When this card leaves the field, add 1 "Dinowrestler" monster from your deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Dinowrestler The Brach" once per turn.

So Brach is a Link 2 for Dinowrestlers that have been officially confirmed for the OCG/TCG where this gives them a strong link 2 which with a dinowrestler in a zone it points to both prevents it from being destroyed in battle and gives it ATK when Brach attacks. In addition when it leaves the field it also lets you add a Dinowrestler from your deck to your hand which can be good if you use this to Link Summon King T Wrextle.

 

In Dinowrestlers this will good offensive option for them as with both this and King T Wrextle on the feild, you could have this attacking for a total of 5200 ATK (5400 if you include World Dino Wrestling).
